【更新】全民做市長　涂醒哲：每半年公投決定市政

嘉義市長涂醒哲今天上午在文化局音樂廳宣誓就職，成為嘉義市升格32年來首位男市長，由行政院人事總處長黃富源監交，卸任市長黃敏惠將印信移交涂醒哲。涂醒哲強調，全民當市長他當執行長，他要與雲林及嘉義縣區域聯合治理共存共榮，建設新嘉義。（徐彩媚／嘉義報導）
