請推薦二手精品店

因預算問題，想入手生平第一個精品名牌包，我並不介意是二手的，但又怕買到假貨或嚴重損壞品，也怕價格不公道，想請問大家新北市或桃園市有推薦的二手精品店嗎？
買包時需注意什麼呢？如怎麼辨別真偽?!價格是否公道(至少別差太多)?!
