議長選舉翻盤 國李全教當選南市議長

台南市議會早上進行正副議長選舉，但為程序問題大吵一早上，直至下午1時30分才開始議長投票，國民黨的李全教異軍突起拿下29票，贏民進黨賴美惠26票，當選台南市議長。

台南市今天正副議長選舉上午進行，但為推舉正副議長主持人的「投票形式」，即爭議不斷，民進黨、國民黨、台聯、原住民與無黨共推出5名監票員，第一個投票的議員為國民黨張世賢沒爭議，但第二個投票的議員賴美惠，疑在民進黨的監票員面前做出疑似亮票的動作，引爆藍綠衝突，綠營要求藍營維持秩序，藍營則要求檢察官逮捕亮票人。

沒想到，開票結果大出意外，國民黨的李全教得29票，民進黨賴美惠26票，無效票2票，李全教順利當選第二屆議長。
