美河市案 聲押2捷運局官員

偵辦美河市案，台北地檢署今天聲押前台北市捷運局處長高嘉濃、前課長王銘藏。台北地方法院開庭結束，稍晚將裁定是否羈押。

民國95年間台北市政府與日勝生公司聯合開發(合建)位於小碧潭捷運站的美河市建案暨北捷新店機廠開發案，捷運局故意低估土地成本、高估建物成本，造成市府分配損失百億，監察院糾正並彈劾捷運局前聯合開發處長高嘉濃等人，將全案移送檢調單位調查。

北檢檢察官凌晨以有串證之虞，聲押高嘉濃、前課長王銘藏。台北地院下午開庭逾3小時，法官將在晚間近7時裁定。2013/12/25
