入冬以來第2波寒流到　低溫下探9度

【張勵德／台北報導】由於明天南下的冷氣團強度比原先預期更強，中央氣象局今天傍晚將把這波冷氣團提升為「寒流」等級，成為今年入冬以來第2波寒流，預估未來幾天中部以北沿海空曠地區最低溫，將降到攝氏9到10度，北市最低溫約攝氏10度，南部及花東地區低溫約攝氏12到14度，提醒民眾要特別注意做好保暖準備。

氣象局指出，這波寒流預計影響到周日，下周一起會逐漸減弱，但氣溫回升並不明顯，下周二跨年夜當天北部低溫僅攝氏12度，中南部地區低溫約攝氏13到14度，東部地區低溫約攝氏15到16度，天氣依舊相當寒冷。

至於降雨方面，氣象局預估周日起水汽會略微減少，迎風面的北部、東半部降雨會趨緩，但仍有短暫雨，預期跨年夜北部及東半部仍偏濕冷，民眾外出參加跨年活動最好攜帶雨具；至於中南部僅山區有局部短暫雨，平地跨年夜維持多雲時晴，天氣相對穩定。
