胡焱榮持假護照 移民署：絕對是真的

壹週刊報導，有「翡翠王子」稱號的翡翠設計師胡焱榮，被指持偽造泰國護照入境遭移民署逮捕，但現在卻傳出是烏龍辦案。對此，移民署國境隊隊長王俊裕在面對媒體詢問時表示，胡焱榮所持的泰國籍護照「絕對是真的」，但是否是冒用身分申請，檢察官還要釐清。(程平報導)

對於被指烏龍辦案，王俊裕說，這起案件是不是烏龍，移民署有相當的事證，並依照檢察官指示來偵辦。王俊裕並說，雖然胡焱榮的護照絕對是真的，但檢察官還必須釐清，胡焱榮是否有冒充他人身分申請護照。

王俊裕並說，現在胡焱榮由檢察官責付移民署收容中，雖然胡焱榮的律師有提出是否有需要收容的訴求，但檢察官認為整個程序符合司法調查階段，責付收容沒有問題。
