荷籍神父在台傳道50年　移民署頒永久居留證

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】在宜蘭縣頭城、礁溪兩天主堂傳教佈道50年、高齡77歲的荷蘭籍神父羅思文，來台期間，致力於協助小兒麻痺孩童協助治療並走出陰霾，還籌建「文聲復健院」做為病童居住、復健及定期複診之治療處所，迄今幫助過的小兒麻痺孩童超過千人；內政部移民署感念羅神父對生命關懷與對台灣無私奉獻，在今天聖誕節，由副署長何榮村親自頒贈象徵外僑最高居留殊榮的特殊貢獻梅花卡給羅神父。
 
副署長何榮村說，羅神父在台奉獻半世紀的德行，已符合「對我國宗教具有卓越奉獻」規定，移民署特選擇在聖誕節這一天，頒給梅花卡永久居留證，羅神父也是第91位獲此殊榮外國人士。獲此聖誕節賀禮，羅神父謙虛說：「都是別人先幫助我，我才有能力幫助別人。」羅神父並歡喜說：「宜蘭是我第二個故鄉，我愛台灣、我愛宜蘭。」
