調查局北中南搜索偽劣藥 逮86人

法務部調查局今天針對非法藥物、偽劣壯陽藥、減肥藥以及未經許可的醫療器材等，同步在北中南等64處展開搜索，約談86人，查扣大批非法減肥膠囊、藥粉、壯陽藥等各類藥品，還有隱形眼鏡、小花眼藥水等各類醫療器材，各調查單位會持續追查非法藥物來源跟上游工廠，積極查扣犯罪不法所得。

調查局指出，自民國99年行政院成立「加強取締偽劣假藥專案」以來，歷經四次全國的同步偵辦，三年多來偽劣假藥氾濫情形已有明顯改善，但不肖業者常趁執法機關鬆懈之際，以不同管道或銷售方式死灰復燃，調查局會持續偵辦查緝販售偽劣假藥案件，也呼籲民眾及網路族群勿輕易聽信廣播電臺、交易網站銷售關於健康、美容或減肥等不實廣告而購買來路不明的非法藥物或醫療器材等，若發現不肖業者販售非法藥物時，請勇於舉發。
