【聯合報╱記者歐陽良盈╱即時報導】高雄市長陳菊應訊約2小時候步出雄檢，她表示，已將當晚救災情形告訴檢方並回答檢方疑點，當晚消防局接獲報案後，發現是不明氣體，相關單位出動協助，相關資料都交檢方調查。她說，事實很清楚，也依法對檢方說明了。
