雄檢偵辦高雄氣爆案，今天下午以被告身分傳喚市長陳菊等人，訊後都無保請回。陳菊說，針對告發人提出的疑點，都一一向檢察官說明。

氣爆事件發生後，中國國民黨籍高雄市議長許崑源和黨團多名議員，8月27日到雄檢按鈴告發陳菊等人涉刑法130條「廢弛職務釀成災害罪」，造成嚴重傷亡，雄檢19日開出刑事傳票傳喚。

被傳喚的陳菊、副市長劉世芳、環保局長陳金德和勞工局長鍾孔炤，於下午3時到高雄地檢署向法警室報到，大批支持者到場聲援，一度與法警發生推擠，隨後由雄檢主任檢察官王啟明等4位檢察官庭訊。

庭訊約2個小時結束，陳菊等人都無保請回。陳菊表示，今天出庭，針對告發人提出的疑點都逐一清楚向檢方說明。

陳菊表示，接到氣爆報案後，消防局等救災單位都立即趕到現場，只是當時洩出的白色氣體不知是什麼氣體，這點也向檢察官說明，並將當時的市府通聯紀錄交給檢方。所有證據都交給檢察官，是否涉及瀆職，由檢方判斷。(中央社)
