雄檢偵辦氣爆案 陳菊等4人無保請回

高雄市長陳菊、副市長劉世芳、環保局長陳金德、勞工局長鍾孔炤等4人，今(25)日以被告身分由高雄地檢署傳喚到案說明，氣爆案當天高雄市政府處置是否失當，有無瀆職，歷經2個多小時庭訊，4人無保請回。

陳菊步出地檢署表示，她向檢察官一一據實說明當晚消防局接獲報案後，及環保單位專業辨識人員到場，確認不明氣體程序。她表示，當晚相關通聯記錄相當清楚，市府己早就將相關證據交付檢方，市府首長是否有瀆職，可由檢察官來判斷。

陳菊、劉世芳、陳金德及鍾孔炤等今天下午前往地檢署應訊，4人分別由主任檢察官王啟明、檢察官張志杰、劉嘉凱及蔡杰承同步偵訊。

雄檢偵辦高雄氣爆案，有關高雄市政府部分，除針對石化管線及2個排水箱涵在鋪設、檢測及管理上有否疏失瀆職外，並追查當天氣爆的處理流程與處置是否失當，目前已傳喚80人次公務員，並有3名公務員遭交保。陳菊等4人因議長許崑源日前按鈴告發陳菊等人涉刑法130條「廢弛職務釀成災害罪」，造成嚴重傷亡外，同時涉及處置程序有無失當。
