日本業者來台搶客　買房送禮券

海外投資日本正夯，又有新的日本業者來分食市場，在日本成立超過13年的PIM，以專營日本東京都23區為主，提供中古屋、預售屋物件，與代租代管服務，今日首度於台灣舉辦說明會。PIM社長天野克哉表示，近日新加坡、台灣等地赴日投資漸漸熱門，聽聞日本信義在台灣是很大的仲介公司，這次也想來台灣交流看看，順便帶一些最熱門的小套房物件來台銷售，參與此次說明會，到日本現場看屋當場簽約的民眾，可獲得5萬元日幣的商品券。
 
此次參與說明會的民眾小鄭說，由於現在日幣匯率很低，開始思考赴日投資的可能性，這次看到不少物件都是1、2千萬元日幣的套房產品，感覺這個價位是可以比較放心投資的標的。（洪安怡／台北報導）
