調查企業最愛大學畢業生　成大蟬聯第1

農曆年後大學學科能力測驗公布成績，大學繁星推荐、個人申請開始。《Cheers雜誌》從上月1日起至本月5日舉辦「企業最愛大學畢業生調查」，邀請2020大企業人資主管評價各大學畢業生的就業表現，回收843份有效問卷。結果顯示，成功大學繼去年後，再度蟬聯總排行第1；私立大學由淡江大學居冠，科大由台北科技大學拿下龍頭，南台科大則排私立技職第1。

本調查以去年《天下》雜誌2000大企業為樣本，問卷共寄出2020份，回收率41.7％；受訪者針對「專業知識與技術」、「國際觀與外語能力」、「學習意願」、「團隊合作」、「抗壓性」、「解決問題能力」、「融會貫通能力」及「創新力」8項指標評分各學校，第1名的學校得分3分、第2名的學校得2分、第3名的學校得1分。

《Cheers》表示，除成大外，台灣、交通、清華、政治大學有名校光環，長期受到企業歡迎，排在第2至5名；但前30大排名中，有9所科技大學，企業最愛榜單，也是最渴望產學合作的學校，「考場勝利組」不等於「職場勝利組」。（蔡永彬／台北報導）
