房地合一稅 擬選影響最輕案

（中央社記者韋樞台北30日電）財政部長張盛和晚間表示，房地合一稅制先選影響最輕的方案，同時增加日出條款，隨著實施時間增加，納進房地合一制度的房屋愈多，最後逐步達到全面適用。

張盛和日前向行政院長毛治國報告房地合一稅制的規畫草案，提列輕、中、重等三種不同影響程度的方案，經與會人士討論後，傾向選擇影響程度最輕的，外加日出條款的配套較為可行。

此外，不論法人或自然人買賣房屋均採單一稅率17%最為公平，不會有人走巧門，也成為與會共識之一。1040130
