身障兒越界被筆刺　家長指控遭霸凌

桃園市1名國小5年級徐姓身障生，去年11月間因上課時間把手跨越隔壁同學桌上，隔壁學生不悅，以自動鉛筆戳傷身障生，身障生臉頰、腿部多處傷痕，身障生返家後，家長發現傷痕累累，到學校討公道，怒控隔壁學生霸凌。

事後戳人的學生在家長陪同下，多次向身障生及家長道歉，戳人的學生也寫下悔過書表達歉意，身障生家長擔心再度遭到傷害，去年12月間讓身障兒轉學，換個求學環境。

桃園市政府教育局調查，這件身障生被戳傷的事件，屬於單一、偶發事件，並非霸凌，事後協助家長讓身障生轉學，讓學生回歸正常教育恩，教育局也同時對身障生及戳人的學生進行輔導。（石明啟／桃園報導）
