毛治國內閣上任不久，卻接連折損前交長葉匡時、前國發會主委管中閔兩員內閣大將，不免令人憂心，這個政府不穩定、不安定。國民黨籍立委張慶忠今(30)天坦言，執政團隊目前已是強弩之末，就算有再強的弓、箭，但是，都已經在射程之外了。

張慶忠今天接受本報記者時說，內閣剩下一年多時間，希望以安定為目標，在短短時間內，要談革新、新布局，他認為在效率上不容易彰顯，以穩定為主就好。至於首長個人去留、選擇，他表示，都尊重。　

至於外界認為，在新國民黨主席上任、新閣揆上任沒有多久情況下，接連發生發立委退黨、閣員請辭，是否意味國民黨兵敗如山倒？張慶忠說，這並不見得不好，因為新的黨主席，新的領導團隊，在現在來建置，來講說內閣要如何加強應用革新，他認為縱然有效，大概也是強弩之末，效果難彰顯，順其自然就好。

他直言，國民黨執政團隊目前態勢是強弩之末，縱然有很強的弓、箭，但是，都射程之外了。張慶忠說，建議執政團隊在剩餘一年多時間，穩定、安定就好，他說，他期待朱立倫；是否意味對馬總統已無期待？張慶忠則忙說，這我不做評論。
