亞太4G 1800MHz突然沒有訊號 亞太卻推託說沒有正式開台?

明明就漫遊台灣大哥大
昨天看家人的手機才發現怎麼一直都是跑3G沒有4G訊號...
剛剛打去客服的時候 客服問是哪支手機 回他M510t
他竟然說你這支手機是3G手機不是4G手機喔
我跟他說可是本來明明就有訊號啊
然後他改口說 因為這支手機支援的頻段我們沒有開台 我們只有700頻段是開台的
(那漫遊假的嗎...)
所以這支手機現在只能用3G訊號...
聽他在鬼扯 不是都漫遊了
換約的時候就說好可以的 然後現在又突然推託
(不是地區性問題 因為家人平時會經過的所有地方都沒有4G訊號)

也不知道突然沒4G訊號到底是怎麼回事?
(話說跟客服通電話的時候 3G通話也超不穩...一直斷斷續續雜音很嚴重...明明訊號滿格...)
