【更新】中影文化城倒塌棚架　又是違建

（新增文化局看法）
北市中影文化城今上午約10時左右，發生日式建築拍片場景坍塌意外，造成3人受傷，其中1人當場無生命跡象。北市文化局表示，向中影求證後，證實倒塌場景為中影83年前所蓋既存建物，由劇組自行僱請工作人員拆除，才發生意外。文化局表示，該劇組12月向文化局申請臨時建物搭建，但倒塌場景非申請的建物。

北市建管處表示，該棟建物為既存違建原只需列管，但今發生意外有公安疑慮，因此將依法拆除。

建管處也發現，該劇組申請的臨時建物為去年12月向文化局申請搭棚獲准，但經查發現後續的建築簽證未依規定送審，將依《建築法》第86條，對業者裁罰工程造價千分之50的罰鍰。

建管處表示，目前已派員到現場善後，後續情況會再做說明，由於建築簽證未送審，目前建管處暫時以違建來處理，未來若要再搭棚需進行補辦程序。(陳思豪／台北報導)
