公民團體盼修鳥籠二法台聯立委支持

由島國前進、人民作主基金會、公民1985行動聯盟及割闌尾團隊組成的「410還權於民工作小組」，今天拜會台聯立法院黨團，希望立法院下會期修改公投法及選罷法，島國前進成員黃國昌向台聯立委賴振昌、葉津鈴及周倪安發放訴求承諾書，三位立委馬上簽名回應。

410還權於民工作小組上周拜會台聯黨主席黃昆輝，也與民進黨主席蔡英文見面，都得到正面回應。黃國昌說，現有公投法及選罷法是鳥籠二法，推動憲政改革是重要工程，但憲法賦予人民公投及罷免爛立委的權利卻被綁住了。
