郭書瑤和李國毅在華劇《22K夢想高飛》甜蜜指數破表，戲外兩人跨年分道揚鑣，分別參與跨年演唱的活動，不過郭書瑤是飛到地球的另一端LA，她是唯一受邀演出的台灣藝人，停留LA４天不到的時間，她懊惱無法好好感受洛城風情；李國毅則是在花蓮參與「太平洋觀光節」，他今年寫真集和EP的拍攝都在花蓮，因此跨年在花蓮度過，別具意義。

兩人在劇中不停放閃，就連導演都愛加場兩人的親密戲，她笑說：「難為李國毅了！他事前都會設計好許多『曬恩愛』的小動作。」她經常對他喊話「這類親密戲，絕不能輸韓劇！」但她也開玩笑「這些應該都是他過往戀愛經驗的表現。」

兩人本周將上演情侶間吹頭髮、床上甜蜜擁抱的片段，有場仰吻的鏡頭，郭書瑤表情十分融入，加上她手上拿著存摺與圖章，被工作人員虧「難怪那麼投入！」她也回應「這場戲是他表示交往誠意，而奉上存款，遇到這狀況，當然開心到嘴都合不攏！」
