SHARP SH530U效能問題

買了兩支SH530U給父母，結果效能奇糟無比，嚴重LEG，隨便點個APP都要快一分鐘才執行起來，進入後點個選項又要十幾二十秒，快瘋掉~~

有人遇過這種狀況嗎?
還是說有什麼問題? 有解嗎?
還是我買到機王，還一次兩支~~
