店名：二哥烏醋麵 地址：新北市新莊區化成路710號 電話：（02）8521-1099 消費日期：2014年11月 網誌：http://blog.udn.com/ccpou/19409734 標題：「二哥烏醋麵」物美價廉 內文： ﹝位於新莊化成路善導庵一帶﹞ 新北市新莊區化成路，由南而北， 自中正路至新北大道，很長，不分段， 門牌多到超過七百號。 由於附近是工業區，小店應運而生， 飲食店也不少， 其中「二哥烏醋麵」物美價廉，生意挺好。 ﹝內部﹞ 「二哥烏醋麵」位於善導庵一帶， 烹調區在騎樓，室內座位還不少。 烏醋乾麵大碗40元，小碗30元， 特製的麵條煮後不軟爛，還保有Q彈的口感， 加上豆芽菜、蔥花、豬油炒紅蔥頭， 再搭配烏醋，拌勻後食之，夠水準。 ﹝烏醋乾麵﹞ ﹝骨仔肉湯﹞ 其骨仔肉湯、豬肝湯、豬舌湯……等， 每碗一律45元。 招牌「骨仔肉湯」，骨邊肉頗多， 不硬，微帶膠質，蘸古早味的醬油膏，相當不錯。 豬大骨長時間熬燉的湯頭，白稠而濃郁， 入口微甘，充分展現店家所下的功夫； 碗內大量的蔥花，使濃稠的湯頭多出了一分清爽。 ﹝燙空心菜﹞ 燙青菜30元，空心菜蠻大一碗， 上淋醬油、紅蔥頭，脆口好吃。 大抵言，二哥烏醋麵物美價廉，毋怪乎深受歡迎。 ﹝名片﹞ -- 春衫猶是 小蠻針線 曾濕西湖雨 http://blog.udn.com/ccpou/article -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.164.117.222 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1417246806.A.AC0.html
