研調機構IHS認為，蘋果新機iPhone 6採用的A8處理器，並非由晶圓代工廠台積電獨家代工，三星(Samsung)也分得部份訂單。

蘋果iPhone 6及iPhone 6 Plus於19日在美國等地開賣，IHS拆解後評估，iPhone 6 Plus零組件及組裝成本比iPhone 6高15.5美元，售價卻高出100美元。

iPhone 6與iPhone 6 Plus最大的差別在於螢幕尺寸、電池容量及相機功能，IHS估計，5.5吋螢幕的iPhone 6 Plus螢幕組件成本，較4.7吋螢幕的iPhone 6貴了7.5美元。

iPhone 6 Plus的電池成本也比iPhone 6高了1美元，相機成本比iPhone 6貴了1.5美元。

IHS表示，iPhone 6採用的A8處理器，因使用更先進半導體製程技術生產，估計成本約20美元，較iPhone5S採用的A7處理器成本高約3美元。

IHS認為，蘋果將A8處理器訂單分拆由台積電與三星生產，並非由台積電獨家代工。(中央社)
