強冠企業疑摻回收油製成全統香豬油，味全公司12項產品受波及，教育部今天表示，只要是衛生單位公告有問題的食品，中小學都得全面停用，保護學生安全。

教育部綜合規劃司長王俊權表示，全統香豬油並非GMP油品，依法中小學營養午餐都不能使用，目前初步調查，台北市、新北市部分學校有使用強冠的「耐炸油」，雖非出問題的油品，仍先暫停使用，待衛生福利部確認是否安全。

另外，味全部分肉鬆、肉醬產品使用全統香豬油，味全公司全面下架回收，教育部也立即通知全國各級學校暫停使用12項產品。

王俊權表示，已要求學校清查營養午餐、團膳盒餐廠商，如果有廠商使用問題油品、食材，便要通知主管機關，必要時依契約規定扣點或更換廠商。(中央社)
