味全產品 已用15.6噸全統香豬油

餿水油案涉及業者規模擴大，今天晚上傳出味全旗下豬肉酥、肉醬、瓜仔肉等12款產品，從今年4月起也使用高雄強冠公司的「全統香豬油」，已使用15.6噸，目前相關商品已要求全部下架。台北市衛生局表示，衛生局後續會派員監督。

北市府衛生局食品藥物管理處長邱秀儀表示，這些產品的通路包含超市、賣場與農會。這12款都沒有進到學校午餐，衛生局並表示，消費者如果手上有這樣的產品，可以跟通路或味全據點、客服等進行退換貨。

邱秀儀也提醒食品製造業者，《食品安全衛生管理法》已經在今年2月正式公告。此次凡是有購買到全統香豬油，使用期限在104年3月1日以前的產品，都應該要主動停止製造與加工販售，並要主動通報衛生局相關數量與流向。如果違反，則會觸犯《食品安全衛生管理法》第7條與47條的規定，可處新台幣3到300萬元的罰鍰。
