如題 我之前開車與機車發生擦撞 我馬上下車詢問對方並報警 對方跟我表示他沒事 所以為了避免阻礙交通 取得雙方同意後把車移開 （我多次詢問他的狀況他都說沒事，所以我才同意移車） 現在問題來了 要談和解時他又說他受傷 警方當時沒有給我們看對方的筆錄 （不知道是不是不能看對方的？） 所以我不知道他怎麼跟警方說的 這件事搞得我好亂 求助各位有經驗的版友 -- Sent from my iPhone -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.237.88.90 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1409838137.A.C61.html
