伊斯蘭國預告　20日公開斬首英國人質影片

遜尼派極端分子「伊斯蘭國」(IS，前稱ISIL「伊拉克與黎凡特伊斯蘭國」)一再公開斬人斬首片段，現在更揚言，下次就要處決英國人質海恩斯(David Haines)，並在網路論壇「預言」，第三個行刑片段就要在9月20日公開，英國政府現正設法營救，但時間已非常有限。

面對英國人質海恩斯恐成下一個斬首目標，英國特種部隊據報已隨時待命出動營救，但苦於沒有準確的囚禁地點情報。美國為追蹤西方人質、動手殺害美國記者的劊子手「聖戰約翰」及其他「伊斯蘭國」領袖，各主要情報部門正在進行自從「獵殺賓拉登」以來最大規模行動，希望能從兩支斬首片段背景地形分析，搭配無人機和偵察機圖片，找出拍攝地點。

美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)和英國首相卡麥隆(David Cameron)在《泰晤士報》聯合撰文，矢言美英「絕不向野蠻殺手低頭」。卡麥隆表示，英國正在考慮加入美國上月起在伊拉克北部，空襲「伊斯蘭國」的行動。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
