房產不景氣 裕隆憂影響車市

（中央社記者田裕斌台北4日電）裕隆今天參加台灣證券交易所業績發表會，總經理姚振祥表示，擔心國內房市買氣下滑恐進一步影響股市、車市，對於明年車市看法相對保守。

不過，姚振祥仍看好今年台灣車市有40萬台的水準，進口品牌市占率可望自過去的17.9%提高至19.3%，國產車包括和泰車及裕隆集團旗下品牌的整體市占率維持在6成左右。

姚振祥認為，今年台灣車市火熱有很大因素來自於10年換車潮，明年換車需求可望持續，不過由於汽車屬高單價消費品，若房市景氣下滑，恐進一步影響到股市、車市，對明年車市暫持與今年持平的態度。

相較之下，裕隆更為看好中國大陸的車市表現，納智捷(LUXGEN)在U6銷售暢旺下，今年銷售可望超過5萬台。1030904
