運動風行當然是好事,但最近看到2個朋友關節都出問題,之前就跟他們說過有點年紀不要這麼拚,之前他們為了參加路跑受傷了打止痛休息個幾天又在跑~

有這麼愛跑嗎?紀錄~速度~距離又不是運動員爭這些幹甚麼,以前大家當兵時年輕氣盛每公里跑個4分十幾秒拉個10幾下單槓,都不是問題,都快40歲了關節不保養以後是要痛終身嗎~

再說以前當兵時在最愛打混的,現在跑得最勤,真的是印證"建人就是腳勤",大家參考笑笑
