麗山國小國際化　用英文反毒反霸凌

在103學年的第一天，台北市教育局副局長馮清皇以「跨國」的高度和學生一起宣誓「反黑、反毒、反霸淩」的決心。馮清皇於9月1日上午7時45分表揚每學期均表現優異的友善校園「麗山國小」，與麗山國小美籍教師Corey Musser帶領麗山國小的「友善大使」們。他們以中英文宣誓「反黑、反毒、反霸淩(No Gangs, No Drugs, No Bullies)」，期許打造有愛無礙的友善學園。

麗山國小今年試辦引進外籍教師教學，並且希望開學的宣誓典禮將友善校園的理念結合英語語言教育，讓學生在宣誓反黑、反毒、反霸淩有多一層跨文化的元素在其中。

馮清皇表示，友善校園不應是口號，而是要具體落實在學生的生活及言行中，讓每個小朋友能都身體力行。透過「反黑、反毒、反霸淩」宣導，先讓學生建立正確的觀念，進而讓校園霸凌遠離我們的學子，使每位學生懂得尊重自己與他人，成就完整的人格培養。
