標題[請問] 便祕又脹氣 睡不太著

這兩天我開始有便秘的跡象，這幾天日夜生活滿顛倒的 一直喝酒又晚睡之類的 但是晚睡一直是我的習慣了 但是這幾點我脹氣就是過一下子就會想要打嗝又打不太出來 然後就這樣持續一整晚，搞得我睡不著了 我有在吃比較健康的東西也有在運動了 但是我想如果不趕快解決我失眠的問會影響到日常生活 所以想請問有沒有甚麼藥可以吃或是比較快速可以排便的東西 我吃了蘇打餅乾也只是多打幾個嗝而已 然後剛剛在跑步機上面跑了兩公哩，但是一跑完又開始想要打嗝 請問有沒有辦法呢?感謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.171.162.2 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1409511173.A.32D.html
