【公庫】壹電視工會為什麼要罷工

壹電視去年4月中由年代集團入主後，進行人事大幅資遣，去年12月31日年代張貼公告，片面取消多項員工福利，壹電視工會上個月底發起通訊罷工投票，昨(14)日中午投票結果出爐，204個會員裡，共156人投票，140票同意、15票不同意，與1票廢票，成為台灣史上首度取得合法罷工權的電視台。

工會理事長鄭一平強調，這樣大幅度修改勞動條件，竟沒先行與壹電視員工及工會協商，年代片面張貼公告就算數，內容規定開始施行打卡政策、取消5/1勞動節休假、全薪病假與災防假取消等，工會對此提出抗議，年代資方卻不理會。
年代資方引用勞基法條文中，兩周未達84工時之規定，認為公司規定一天上班8小時，兩週工作時數80小時，未達勞動節放假標準作為依據。....(完整報導)
