「脫鞋子部落」　源自魯凱族葬儀

屏東縣禮納里永久屋中「好茶部落」傳承原鄉的生活方式，以寬闊石板沿廊為廳，入內必先脫鞋，因而博得「脫鞋子的部落」稱號，但為何一定要脫鞋入內?這不只是一種生活禮儀，更重要的是它沿自族人的葬儀習俗。

好茶部落產業行銷導覽員杜翠怡表示，由於魯凱族舊有傳統有家葬的習俗，傳統部落生活中主客廳位於屋外沿廊，族人只有就寢時才會進屋內，為保持生活環境整潔，鞋子都會擺在沿廊外，這就是「脫鞋子的部落」由來。

杜翠怡說，隨著生活儀禮改變，魯凱族已經不再有家葬習俗，但「脫鞋子」已成為魯凱族人生活文化的一部份，也就延伸為「回家」、「把客人當成家人親切對待」之意。她說，霧台鄉好茶村遷居到禮納里永久屋，為了保持原有傳統部落文化，特別爭取加蓋沿廊，不讓傳統生活因遷居而消逝。（洪振生／屏東報導）
