八月十二日早上，昔日台江內海大港的海尾寮排水滿水位，海尾寮抽水站不斷抽水，但是，排水口有一半陷入水中，排水線的中下游溢堤，便道成河道，洪水倒灌入魚塭，月眉塭成了滯洪區，此時，海尾大廟朝皇宮廟埕淹水，成了汪洋一片，雨一直下，七、八點時，大廟入水，廟公獨自一人在廟內抗災!...(完整報導)
