北市國教新方案　全家盟：明年出事誰負責？

台北市今提12年國教建議方案，包括一試兩用、同時登記、先特後免，對此教育部長吳思華表示，不清楚北市提出的具體內容為何，必須進一步了解，教育部周日下午也將邀集各縣市首長與局處長開會，請他們說明今年推行12年國教所遇到的困難和建議，會議將由行政院長毛治國主持。

他強調，明年國教制度調整，必須回歸12年國教理念，並堅持先免後特、五育均衡發展，「不能因少部分學術性向較強的學生，而把其他8、9成的學生都再度捲入考試入學的壓力」。

全家盟副理事長謝國清批評，北市提出的做法是「取巧」，也違反12年國教精神和中央法令，會把制度重新導向考試入學。他砲轟，郝龍斌過去不甩中央，硬推一綱一本與北北基聯測，結果搞得民怨滿天飛，他現提出明年升學新制，但將於年底卸任，「如果明年出事，誰來負責」？（劉嘉韻／台北報導）
