iPad無故自動鎖定

我用的是New iPad wifi版
之前有JB 用了一年多都沒問題
今天突然出現自動鎖定的情況
已經設定永不進入鎖定狀態 還是三不五時就鎖定
有時候開了三分鐘 五分鐘 半小時 一小時就會鎖定 極不規律
今天忍不住了 放棄JB更新7.1.1 系統也重置為出廠狀態
結果還是一樣 本以為可能是SmartCover的磁鐵
結果拆了也一樣 開機鍵也沒有按壓不良的問題

請問這台過保iPad還值得修嗎??
還是有什麼辦法能解決這問題...
