台耀石化材料科技公司今天在高雄市小港區動土，遭當地里長率眾抗爭，經廠方斡旋允諾擇期協商，抗議群眾離去，過程平和。

中油等企業投資的台耀石化，租用中油大林廠在高雄市臨海工業區土地，預定今天動土，當地龍鳳里長黃文裕率鳳鼻頭居民數十人到場拉著寫有「黑箱作業、里民不滿」等字樣的白布條，並高喊口號抗爭。警方到場蒐證維持秩序。

抗議居民說，台耀要生產「有毒性石化產品」，對當地居民健康是一大威脅。鳳鼻頭已飽受附近工廠汙染，居民罹癌比率偏高，台耀再設廠，汙染將雪上加霜。

中油大林廠副廠長徐漢及台耀主管出面與抗議居民溝通，承諾擇期開會說明後，抗議居民離去。 1030511
