全球最多億萬富豪城市　台北入榜

英國《周日泰晤士報》昨公佈年度富豪榜，顯示倫敦擁有72位家族總資產逾10億英鎊（約508億台幣）的富豪，人數為全球城市之冠，我國台北與中國北京各擁15名同等級富豪，並列全球第8。
 
根據榜單，倫敦擁有72位超級富豪，總財富達11.9兆台幣。俄羅斯莫斯科與美國紐約，分別擁有48位和43位富豪，列第2、3名。地狹人稠的金融重鎮香港擁有34名富豪，排第6。而以全國規模來看，英國共有104名富豪，平均每60萬人中，就有一名富豪，密度全球之最。
 
據統計，少於3分之1的倫敦富豪生於本地，不少人是從印度、俄羅斯等地移入。為何英國能吸引外國富豪？首先，英國規定外籍富豪僅需購買約100萬英鎊（約5080萬台幣）政府債券，即能獲得3年投資居留簽證。日後若加碼投資，5年內就可取得英國護照。
 
其次，英國跟美國不同，不會對外國富豪徵收全球總資產稅，而只會針對富豪在英國所得徵稅。其它優勢包括：政治穩定、金融與教育完善、洋溢藝術氣習等。（林奐成／綜合外電報導）
