標題[請益] 請問敘薪時要求前公司薪資單是常見的嗎?

各位前輩好 小弟最近在一間LED大廠面試新工作 部門主管已經口頭說希望我早點可以去報到了 但人資敘薪時 說需要收到前公司的薪資單後 才能告訴我新工作的薪水 所以我現在只知道薪資結構 但不知道確切的數字 我面試時沒給人資目前工作的薪資單 因為也不是第一次換工作 之前面試的公司敘薪時從來沒有這種要求 薪資單不是通常都是公司內部資訊 最好不要外流嗎? 而且 這樣對方就知道自己的底牌了 感覺很奇怪 想請有經驗的前輩分享見解 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.71.122.24
