【動新聞】黃世銘請辭　嘆「關說者輕縱」

檢察總長黃世銘因洩密案遭判1年2個月隨後請辭，成為史上首位因洩密遭判有罪請辭下台的檢察總長。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，檢察總長黃世銘去年偵辦立法院長王金平、立委柯建銘關說司法案件，偵辦期間竟夜奔總統官邸，提供偵查報告及監聽譯文給總統，台北地院昨依洩密、違反《通訊保障及監察法》，合併判黃1年2月徒刑，可易科罰金42萬元，可上訴。

黃世銘昨得知判決結果後，發表辭職聲明：「很遺憾、悲憤莫名，我不是作姦犯科也不是貪贓枉法，是依法執行公務為所當為」、「若時間可倒轉，我依然不後悔所做的一切。」並嘆「關說者輕縱，揭弊者重懲。」（胡治言／綜合報導）
