馬無路可退　學者：接受學生訴求

立法院長王金平昨拒絕出席馬總統主持的院際協調會，台大法律學院教授顏厥安指，直指當前狀況是憲政危機。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，台大法律學院教授顏厥安分析，王金平不僅表達對馬援引憲法第四十四條的不認同，也凸顯人民群起抵抗黑箱服貿，本質上是人民對政府失去信任的憲政危機；他認為馬已「退無可退」，唯一出路就是全面接受抗議學生所提「退回服貿」等訴求。
