遠通承認App設計瑕疵 非駭客攻擊

　遠通電收App今年元旦遭駭客攻擊，一度關閉，但是遠通今天坦言，當時原以為遭駭客攻擊報警，調查後發現，是App在斷線情況下持續嘗試連線，才導致大量異常連線。遠通電收對於App軟體開發監督不周出現瑕疵，造成社會的困擾誠摯向社會大眾致歉。

　遠通電收說，當今年元旦，新App一上線就出現極大量連線，每1秒鐘超過65萬次連線，累計3.5小時高達近82億次，緊急關閉App，當時認為疑似遭網路攻擊，第一時間為求謹慎並保障用戶資料安全，立即將App主機隔離，並向警方報案。

　不過，後續配合調查過程中，刑事警察局提醒，應是App本身程式設計問題造成，遠通也坦承軟體設計有問題，強調會保全及還原事實，待刑事警察局及行政院專家進一步釐清。上周Android版本重新上架，更新網路架構，提升防火牆規格，並即時監測流量，確保穩定性，至於IOS版本最快2周後重新上架。
