喝含酒精提神飲料 運將被扣車

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄15日電）劉姓司機喝含酒精提神飲料加咖啡，駕駛營業曳引車上路，遭高雄市員警巡邏查獲告發並扣車，劉男不信只喝2杯竟超過測定值。

高雄市警察局新興分局今天表示，員警巡邏至前金區五福三路盤查這輛行駛於管制道路的營業曳引車，從交談中發現劉男有酒味，進行酒測後的酒測值為0.21，超過標準值。

警方說，劉男為營業曳引車駕駛，他表示喝2杯含酒精提神飲料加咖啡，原以為飲料酒精成分很低，不會超過測定值。

警方當場告發並移置保管曳引車，劉男到交通裁決所繳納罰金新台幣2萬2500元後才能領車，也影響貨物運送工作。1040115
