立院三讀 公教生育給付2個月 http://www.chinatimes.com/realtimenews/20140114006108-260407 立法院院會今天三讀修正通過公教人員保險法部分條文，增列應給與2個月生育給付。 公保法規定，保險對象包括法定機關編制內有給專任人員、公立學校編制內有給專任 教職員、依私立學校法規定，辦妥財團法人登記，並經主管教育行政機關核准立案的 私立學校編制內有給專任教職員。 現行公保法規定，保險包括殘廢、養老、死亡、眷屬喪葬及育嬰留職停薪；院會三讀 修正通過增列生育。此外，保險費率為被保險人每月保險俸（薪）額7%到15%。 三讀修正通過條文明定，被保險人符合繳付公保保費滿280天後分娩、或繳付公保保 費滿181天後早產等規定者，給與2個月生育給付。 行政院人事行政總處副人事長張念中晚間受訪表示，現行公教人員請領生育補助是依 全國軍公教員工待遇支給要點辦理，可請領2個月薪俸額，修法後生育補助納入公保給 付，主管機關改由銓敘部。 院會也通過附帶決議，公保法修正增列2個月生育給付後，勞工保險的生育給付標準應 配合修正提高為2個月。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.245.65.218
