中華電信平版方案網內通話費與MVPN 折抵順序問題

今天收到帳單, 發現以下問題.

平版吃到飽方案，設有60分鐘網內免費額度.
網內通話超過60分鐘，通話費0.05/秒
而我又有辦MVPN,通話費為0.02/秒.

我一直以為通話費折抵會有0.05*60*60=180元的額度可以抵扣.
但是系統卻是以以下的方式抵扣.
假設1/1~1/20 網內通話20分鐘, 且1/1~1/20 MVPN通話40分鐘.
那等於1/21之後的網內通話及MVPN通話就算是超過60分鐘的免費額度了
超過60分鐘的額度就收取網內通話0.05/秒及MVPN 0.02/秒

個人覺得，MVPN 的單位通話費率較網內戶打低，不應該以分鐘數直接抵扣方案內的60分鐘免費通話額度
而是要以網內通話0.05/MVPN 0.02=2.5倍的通話分鐘數進行折抵.

否則，加入MVPN 卻還以網內通話0.05/秒的費率扣抵, 不合理.
