續在看守所過年 謝依涵：應該

（中央社記者劉世怡台北15日電）台灣高等法院今天召開延押庭，訊問八里雙屍案被告謝依涵。對於可能再度在看守所過年，謝女說，這是她應該面對的。

謝依涵在開庭前，面對媒體提問是否想念家人，想回家過年等問題，均不發一語。

謝依涵一、二審均被判處死刑，全案經上訴，最高法院訂於1月30日開庭。台灣高等法院今天代最高法院訊問謝女，因為羈期將在1月29日屆滿。

謝女在庭內表示，有收到、也看了二審判她死刑的判決書，法官問她，知道為何這樣判？她說，心裡知道，但無法完整講出來。

法官說，若決定延押，她有可能將在看守所度過第二個過年，目前在所內狀況如何？謝女答說，「這是我應該要面對的，就算不好，我也要勇敢」。謝女在庭內沒有主張交保等方式請求獲釋。

法官庭末諭知候核辦，近日將裁定是否延押。謝女離開法庭前，向法官說「謝謝法官」。1040115
