國道計程收費上路後亂象不斷，總統馬英九要求交通部道歉，但15日高公局副局長吳木富出面召開記者會，僅解釋eTag的扣款亂象，表示會改進，但並未道歉，還以自己層級不夠為由，道歉無法讓大家滿意。

高公局副局長吳木富說：「道歉是不是我這個層級做了，大家就會滿意了？我覺得把事情做好才重要，那總統講的問題由主管做表達，如果我們事情做不好，當然可以跟大家致歉，但是相對應先把事情做好、釐清，才是更重要。」
