逃逸外勞竊居留證　同鄉信佛堅不提告

【李俊淇／新北報導】新北市1名22歲阮姓外藉勞工，昨晚6時許，獨自一人在中和區莒光、國光路上徘徊遊蕩，警方上前盤查後發現是逃逸外勞，並在身上查出他人證件，隨後通知證件本人前來製作筆錄時，發現是同鄉，且本身篤信佛教，堅持不願對阮嫌提出告訴。

警方調查，阮嫌來台工作後，因連續超過三天曠職，遭撒銷居權至今已超過8個月，上月中，阮嫌趁拜訪其被害人時，竊取放置於住處冰箱上的居留證使用，雖被害人不願提告，但竊盜案件乃公訴罪，警方訊後仍依竊盜罪嫌將他移送法辦。
