染禽流感的養禽場肉蛋 營養午餐禁用

教育部長吳思華今天上午表示，全國各級學校的營養午餐與校園餐廳禁用來自疫區的禽肉與蛋類食材。但經過農委會與衛福部與衛生局商討後，認為這樣影響過大，因此將範圍縮小為禁用來自有問題的養禽場、蛋品供應場產品。

台北市教育局主秘陳順和表示，目前尚未收到教育部公文，無法釐清疫區的範圍，但經過台北市衛生局、農委會與衛福部討論後，認為學校全面禁用疫區禽類肉品與蛋品，影響過大，因此即日起各級學校禁用被查出爆發禽流感疫情的養禽場，生產的相關產品。

陳順和說，經查證，北市國中小營養午餐並未使用有問題的肉品、蛋品，未來將繼續注意疫情是否擴大。
