軍審2階段移交明移監　葉玫、林毅夫列名

【王烱華／台北報導】立法院三讀通過《軍事審判法》修法，現役軍人非戰時犯罪改由一般司法機關追訴、審理，軍審機關將在明天，將目前審理案件預計有160件、檢察案件280件(含通緝、執行等案件)，移監收容人約74人全數移交司法機關。

根據國防部資料，此次移交的案件，包括叛逃到中國的前陸軍連長林毅夫、潛逃出境的前國安局上校組長劉冠軍、以及前年7月潛逃英國的軍情局女中尉葉玫等人。軍情局負責的軍官透露，軍情局一直很怕葉玫在13日前返國，因為軍檢並沒有女子看守所，怕軍檢直接將葉玫「責付」軍情局看管，現在司法案例全部移給司法單位後，軍情局也鬆了一口氣。
